We do not accept returns for non-quality-related reasons, including but not limited to size or fit issues, ordering the wrong model, no longer needing the item, or change-of-mind purchases.
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If the item you received is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or video evidence. After confirmation, we will arrange an exchange or replacement for the confirmed quality-related issue.
