Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first, as returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
For non-quality-related returns—such as size or fit issues, ordering the wrong model, no longer needing the item, or change-of-mind purchases—eligible returns are accepted within the 30-day return window. If approved, a $50 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. Once the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation. Please note that exchanges are only available for confirmed quality-related issues.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it. Return instructions may vary by country or region, and our support team will guide you through each step.
