Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first, as returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
For non-quality-related returns—such as size or fit issues, ordering the wrong model, no longer needing the item, or change-of-mind purchases—eligible returns are accepted within the 30-day return window. If approved, a $50 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. Once the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation. Please note that exchanges are only available for confirmed quality-related issues.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it. This wheelchair is designed for dogs with weak, injured or paralyzed back legs who still have enough strength in their front legs to stand and pull the cart. It’s often helpful for conditions like rear-leg weakness, hip issues or degenerative disease. If your dog cannot use their front legs at all, this style of wheelchair is not suitable.
Yes. A rear-leg wheelchair supports the back legs and hips, while the front legs do the walking and steering. Your dog should be able to bear weight on the front legs and move forward on their own with supervision.
Yes. The rear-leg support system is designed so the tail and rear area are open, allowing your dog to pee and poop normally. You may need a bit of time to adjust the height and position, but once fitted correctly most dogs can use the bathroom without problems.
Most dogs stand or walk while in the wheelchair. Short rests are fine, but it’s not meant to replace a bed or crate. For longer naps or nighttime, we recommend taking your dog out of the cart and letting them lie comfortably on a soft surface.
Start with short sessions of 10–20 minutes, a few times a day, and watch your dog’s energy and comfort. As they get stronger and more confident, you can gradually increase the time. Always check for any rubbing on the skin and give breaks so your dog doesn’t get tired or overheated.
Yes. The wheels and frame are suitable for both indoor floors and outdoor surfaces like pavement and short grass. Avoid stairs, steep slopes and very rough terrain, and always supervise your dog while they are in the wheelchair.
