We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

We may fulfill orders from different facilities depending on inventory and operational needs, including fulfillment that may occur internationally. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Dog Wheelchair is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases made through this store are between you and BARK AND MEOW LLC., the operator of Dog Wheelchair.
